Thank you to those who continue to donate.  It is great to see the many food items at the front of the school that we will be able to pass along to our veterans. 

Until November 22, 2024, the Grade 2 Team will be collecting donations of non-perishable food items, as well as other home care items for the Veteran Food Bank of Alberta. We ask that all items donated be new, and unopened.  Boxes are at the front of the school if you would like to donate items to this important initiative.  

The Veterans Food Bank of Alberta (VFBA) supports veterans who’ve served in all branches of the Canadian Armed Forces and Reserves, as well as first responders. 

Suggested items include canned meats, brown sugar, bread yeast, flour, coffee, unscented body wash, dishwasher soap/pods, all purpose cleaner, granola bars, juice boxes, pasta, cooking oil, rice, canned fish, etc
