Students in the Calgary Board of Education travel to school in a variety of ways, including walking, taking yellow buses or Calgary Transit or being driven by parents/guardians. Their safety is important, no matter how they get to school and home again.

After School Pick Up
If you are running late, please let us know by calling 403-777-8680 ext. 0 and proceed to the school office to pick up your child.
Please take a few minutes to instruct your child(ren) about what they should do in the event that there is a delay in meeting them at the end of the school day. Classroom teachers encourage students to return to the school through the front doors and check in to the office, should a parent be late in picking them up after school. This should also be reinforced by parents. If you know that you are running late, a quick call to the office before dismissal time will get a message to the child’s classroom and we’ll have them wait in the office for you to arrive.
If your child walks home, please inform them of an alternate plan in the event that you are not home or if a key is forgotten or lost.
Staff are available at the school after bell time should assistance be required with any of the above.
