Princpal Update
Good afternoon, Midnapore Families.
Please read important information in the week below.
As we approach the end of the school year, we ask that you pay close attention to your school messenger emails. We have many exciting events to close out the school year, including sports day, Grade 4/6 farewell, Kindergarten graduation, as well as many field trips where your signatures are required.
Lost and Found
Believe it or not, but our lost and found is overflowing again. We continue to ask students to visit our lost and found on a regular basis, but these items are still missing a home. If you are missing any items at all, please come through the front doors to take a look at drop off or pick up.
**Sports Day Volunteers needed**
Parent Volunteers are needed for Sports Day Happening on June 19. If you are a cleared volunteer and can come from 8:30 until 11:00 AM please click the link below to access the signup genius. We currently have 30 volunteers, which is absolutely amazing. We will assign you to your station on the day of your event.
We also ask that families ensure their child has comfortable clothing and a water bottle for this fun day. We thank our parent council who has provided oranges and freezies for all students at the end of this exciting day.

Mandarin Program
Over the past two weeks, our Kindergarten students have been learning about how plants grow by planting their own seeds. It has been exciting to watch the changes each day as many of the seeds have started to sprout. The students have been carefully observing their plants and noticing the roots, stems, and new leaves as they grow. They were thrilled to see their seeds begin to grow and have enjoyed sharing their observations with classmates. This hands-on learning experience has helped students develop curiosity, patience, and appreciation for the living world around them.
