It comes with mixed emotions to send our farewell message. This school year has been filled with many incredible learning opportunities and experiences that we all shared together. Our Admin message should start with many thanks to our school council and parent community. We appreciate your hard work, dedication and support for our teachers and students. Report Card
It is that time of year to report student achievement through a report card. You can access your child's report card via MyCBE account. Once logged in, you will see an additional tab titled "Report Card". Select this tab to view your child's report card. Report cards will be available from June 25, 2025 until July 25, 2025.
Schools no longer provide legal guardians with a copy of their child's report card. Please ensure you print or download a copy for your records.

Last Day of School
A reminder that Thursday June 26 is the last day of school. Thursday is an early dismissal day for students and our dismissal time will be 12:05pm. We will also be participating in Sports day tomorrow so please dress for the weather.

Please note we have a soft entry in the mornings from 7:55-8am. Instructional time officially begins at 8am. We dismiss students at 2:30pm Monday-Thursday and 12pm on Friday’s.
Our lunch hours are Monday-Thursday from 11:30am-12:10pm.
Please note our office will open for the 2025/26 school year on August 21st at 8am. The office will be open from 8-2:30 from August 21st until the first day of school.
To our Staff
We are extremely lucky to have such incredible staff at Midnapore School. Our staff shared many reflections of our journey this school year. Although it was another busy school year, all of our reflections came out with positive feedback where were all grateful for the experiences we shared with your child. None of this would have been possible without the dedication and expertise of our exceptional staff. Their commitment to learning excellence and care for each student is truly commendable. As we say good-bye to Ms. Mangat, Ms. Bachman, Mr. Mcmahon, Ms. Gallant, and Ms. Litchfield, we will always remember their hard work and support they gave each of our students.
Looking ahead to the next school year, we are committed to building on our caring community and further enhancing the educational experience for every student. We will continue to keep you informed of any updates through our school website. You can expect a welcome back email from the office and your child’s teacher on August 28. This email will be an introduction and will help guide you through information you will need for your first day back to school. We are happy to share our current staffing for the 2025/26 school year

Save the Date
We’re looking ahead to our school’s next casino fundraiser, taking place November 15 & 16, 2025, at Deerfoot Inn Casino. This important event helps fund valuable extras for our students, like field trip transportation, artist residencies, musical instruments, and this year, a much-needed new sound system! Volunteering at the casino is a great way to support our school community. More details and a sign-up link will be shared early in the 2025-2026 school year!
First Day of School
A reminder that the first day of school next year is September 2. We look forward to seeing all of those returning to Midnapore School and wish you a safe and happy summer break.
