It comes with mixed emotions to send our farewell message.  This school year has been filled with many incredible learning opportunities and experiences that we all shared together.  Our Admin message should start with many thanks to our school council and parent community.  We appreciate your hard work, dedication and support for our teachers and students.  This school year would not be possible without your support.  Thank you!!

Report Card

It is that time of year to report student achievement through a report card.  You can access your child's report card via MyCBEaccount.  Once logged in, you will see an additional tab titled "Report Card".  Select this tab to view your child's report card. 

Schools no longer provide legal guardians with a copy of their child's report card. Please ensure you print or download a copy for your records.  

Last day of School

A reminder that tomorrow, June 26 is the last day of school. Friday is an early dismissal day for students and our dismissal time will be 12:00 PM. We will also be participating in a fun talent show, filled with action packed talents across our school.

  • Please note we have a soft entry in the mornings from 7:55-8:00 AM. 
  • Instructional time officially begins at 8:00 AM. 
  • We dismiss students at 2:30 PM Monday-Thursday and 12:00 PM on Friday’s.
  • Our lunch hours are Monday-Thursday from 11:30 AM-12:10 PM.

Please note our office will open for the 2026-2027 school year on August 24 at 8:00 AM.  The office will be open from 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM from August 24 until the first day of school. 

To our staff

We are extremely lucky to have such incredible staff at Midnapore School.  Our staff shared many reflections of our journey this school year.  Although it was another busy school year, all of our reflections came out with positive feedback where were all grateful for the experiences we shared with your child.  None of this would have been possible without the dedication and expertise of our exceptional staff. Their commitment to learning excellence and care for each student is truly commendable. As we say good-bye to Ms. Parker, Ms. Meanley, Mr. Keith, as well as Ms. Clare, we will always remember their hard work and support they gave each of our students.

Looking ahead to the next school year, we are committed to building on our caring community and further enhancing the educational experience for every student. We will continue to keep you informed of any updates through our school website. You can expect a welcome back email from the office and your child’s teacher on August 27th or 28th.  This email will be an introduction and will help guide you through information you will need for your first day back to school.  We are happy to share our current staffing for the 2026-2027 school year

This is Monica Lee, your Staff Appreciation Coordinator. Thank you so much for your fantastic support with our fundraisers this year! Your contributions allowed us to spoil our incredible staff with food and gifts to show them how much they are valued.
